Ingredients

½ cup blended cottage cheese

1 egg

2 tbsp cocoa powder

12 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Optional: Top with a scoop of vanilla Greek yogurt or light ice cream


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or use an air fryer.

 

Blend all ingredients until smooth and pour into a greased ramekin or small baking dish.
