Ingredients
2 large cucumbers, sliced
¼ cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
Slice cucumbers and place in a bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
