Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup ketchup
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to the baking dish, sprinkle with bacon and 1 ½ cups cheddar.
Arrange tater tots evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until tots are golden and crispy.
Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and bake 5 minutes more, until melted.
Serve warm and dig in to cheesy, burger-inspired comfort.
