Baked Breakfast Croissant Boats

Description

Golden, gooey, and perfect for a crowd—these croissant boats are your new brunch MVP.

 


Ingredients

Scale

6 large croissants

5 eggs

3 tbsp milk

¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

68 strips bacon, chopped and cooked

4 tbsp chopped chives or green onions

Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

 

Hollow the Croissants:

 

Cut a long slit across the top of each croissant and gently scoop out a bit of the inside to create space for the filling.

 

Whisk the Filling:

 

In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.

 

Stir in cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, and chives.

 

Fill & Bake:

 

Spoon the mixture evenly into each croissant boat.

 

Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

 

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until eggs are just set and croissants are crispy.

 

Garnish & Serve:

 

Top with extra chives and serve warm.
