1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

2 tbsp BBQ sauce

½ cup cottage cheese

¼ cup roasted corn

¼ cup black beans, rinsed and drained

½ cup coleslaw (any variety)

½ avocado, chopped

Fresh cilantro, for garnish


Instructions

In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until coated.

 

Add cottage cheese as the base in a serving bowl.

 

Top with BBQ chicken, corn, black beans, coleslaw, and avocado.

 

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
