Ingredients

Scale

For the Bites:

1 cup rolled oats (GF if needed)

½ cup vanilla protein powder

¼ cup freeze-dried blueberries, finely ground

¼ cup unsweetened applesauce (or mashed banana)

¼ cup cream cheese (softened, or vegan alternative)

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

1 tbsp chia or flax seeds (optional)

¼ cup frozen blueberries (thawed & drained)

12 tbsp milk (as needed for texture)

For the Glaze:

2 tbsp cream cheese, softened

12 tbsp milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

12 tsp powdered sugar (optional)

Topping:

Fresh blueberries

Instructions

Make the Dough: In a bowl, mix oats, protein powder, freeze-dried blueberries, applesauce, cream cheese, honey, and seeds. Fold in thawed blueberries. Add milk 1 tbsp at a time to reach a dough-like consistency.

Roll Into Bites: Form into 1-inch balls and place on a lined tray.

Mix Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together glaze ingredients until smooth.

Drizzle & Top: Drizzle bites with glaze and top each with a fresh blueberry.

Chill: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
