Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups fresh blueberries
3 large eggs
½ cup almond flour (or gluten-free flour)
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until just combined.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Pour into the baking dish and smooth the top.
