Ingredients
8 Large Eggs
1 cup Cubed Ham
1 tbsp Fresh Chives, minced
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 (8-inch) Flour Tortillas
Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Salsa & Sour Cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Scramble Eggs: In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Scramble in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until just set.
Add Ham & Chives: Stir in ham and chives. Cook for 1–2 minutes until heated through.
