Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup peanuts, roughly chopped
1–2 sleeves Ritz crackers
Instructions
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place Ritz crackers in a single layer.
In a small saucepan, combine condensed milk, butter, and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat for 7–8 minutes, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to low. Stir in milk, vanilla, and chopped peanuts. Cook for 2 more minutes until thickened.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, top each cracker with a dollop of the caramel-peanut mixture.
Let cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
