Ingredients
For the Casserole:
4 cups cooked, diced or shredded chicken breast
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
5 cups broccoli florets (or 1 lb frozen spinach, well-drained)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup ranch dressing
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Topping:
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional:
1–3 tsp ranch seasoning mix (for extra flavor)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, mix chicken, bacon, broccoli (or spinach), garlic, ranch dressing, and the first portions of mozzarella and cheddar. Add ranch seasoning if using.
Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Top evenly with the remaining cheeses.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
