Description
This dip brings bold flavor with a creamy twist that no one sees coming. I first whipped it up on a game day with just pantry staples—and it stole the show! It’s spicy, cheesy, and secretly packed with protein. Perfect for dipping, scooping, or straight-up savoring by the spoonful.
Ingredients
2 cans (15 oz each) cannellini or great northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup cottage cheese
⅓ cup hot sauce
¼ cup ranch or bleu cheese dressing
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 tbsp diced green onion (for garnish)
Tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a blender or food processor, blend beans, cottage cheese, hot sauce, ranch/bleu cheese dressing, and garlic powder until smooth.
Stir in 1 cup cheddar cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
Pour mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with green onions and serve warm with your favorite dippers.
