Ingredients
7 oz dark chocolate, chopped
3 ripe peaches, sliced into wedges
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp salt (preferably flaky sea salt)
Instructions
Prep Peaches: Wash, dry, and slice peaches into even wedges. Set aside on a lined tray.
Melt Chocolate: In a heat-safe bowl, melt chocolate and butter together in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip: Dip each peach wedge halfway into the melted chocolate. Let excess drip off.
Set & Sprinkle: Place dipped peaches on a parchment-lined tray. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
Chill: Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until chocolate is set. Serve chilled or at room temp.
