- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add almonds and oats to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Add dried cherries, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla, and salt. Blend until mixture begins to stick together.
- Pour in honey (or maple syrup) and blend again until fully combined into a sticky dough.
- Roll mixture into small bite-sized balls using your hands.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

- For extra holiday flavor, roll bites in shredded coconut or cocoa powder.
