8 ounces cream cheese (softened)

1/3 cup salsa

1/2 packet fajita seasoning

2 large bell peppers (any color), sliced

12 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

 

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, salsa, and fajita seasoning until smooth.

 

Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.

 

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken.
