Tender chicken, crunchy cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, and creamy avocado meet vibrant broccoli, all kissed with lemon juice and simple seasoning. Ingredients

Scale

1 cup cooked chicken breast, cubed

1/2 cup cucumbers, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 avocado, diced

1/2 cup steamed or raw broccoli florets

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

Prep the veggies: Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, and avocado. Lightly steam or blanch broccoli if preferred tender.

 

Mix it up: In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together with the cubed chicken.

 

Season & serve: Add fresh lemon juice, then season generously with salt and pepper. Toss again and enjoy immediately!
