Tender shredded chicken is tossed with protein-rich Greek yogurt, crisp celery, juicy grapes, and toasted walnuts, then wrapped in a wholesome whole-grain tortilla. Ingredients

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup red grapes, halved

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste

4 whole-grain wraps or tortillas

Optional: lettuce leaves or baby spinach for extra crunch


Instructions

In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mustard (if using), salt, and pepper.

Stir in chicken, grapes, celery, and walnuts until evenly coated.

Lay out whole-grain wraps and add lettuce or spinach if desired.

Spoon chicken salad onto each wrap, roll tightly, and slice in half.
