Description

This bowl is proof that real food doesn’t need to be fancy to feel amazing. With buttery ground beef, caramelized sweet potatoes, and creamy avocado mash, every bite is comforting, satisfying, and nutrient-dense. It’s the kind of meal your body just says “yes” to.


Ingredients

1/2 lb ground beef (grass-fed preferred)

1 tbsp butter or beef tallow

1 medium sweet potato, cubed

1/2 avocado, mashed

Salt to taste


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss sweet potato cubes with a bit of oil and roast for 25–30 minutes until golden.

 

In a skillet, cook ground beef in butter or tallow until browned. Season with salt.

 

Mash avocado with a pinch of salt.

 

Combine all three on a plate or in a bowl and dig in while warm.
