Ingredients
1/2 lb ground beef (grass-fed preferred)
1 tbsp butter or beef tallow
1 medium sweet potato, cubed
1/2 avocado, mashed
Salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss sweet potato cubes with a bit of oil and roast for 25–30 minutes until golden.
In a skillet, cook ground beef in butter or tallow until browned. Season with salt.
Mash avocado with a pinch of salt.
Combine all three on a plate or in a bowl and dig in while warm.
