Ingredients
Main:
8 oz protein-rich Cellantani pasta
1 lb 93% lean ground beef
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 medium onion, diced
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Creamy Sauce:
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup fat-free Fairlife milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp 1/3-fat cream cheese
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Stir in cream, milk, Parmesan, cream cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until creamy and thickened.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Serve hot with extra Parmesan or herbs if desired.
