  • Yield: 5 Servings 1x

Description

These pizza rolls became a Friday night tradition—quick to make, loaded with melty cheese and pepperoni, and so much better than the frozen kind. Wrapped in egg roll wrappers and baked or fried until golden, they’re a kid-friendly snack and grown-up favorite alike!

Ingredients

Scale

5 egg roll wrappers

⅓ cup chopped mini pepperoni (or regular pepperoni, diced)

¼ cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (or heat oil if frying).

Assemble Rolls: Lay out an egg roll wrapper. Spoon a bit of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni onto the center. Fold and roll tightly, sealing edges with a little water.

Bake or Fry:

To Bake: Place on a lined baking sheet, spray with oil, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.

To Fry: Heat oil to 350°F and fry rolls 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

Cool & Serve: Let rest briefly, then serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping!
