Ingredients

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
In a jar or bowl, whisk together almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in chia seeds. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
