Ingredients

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 bag (9 oz or ~5 cups) pre-shredded coleslaw mix

2 tsp shredded ginger

2 tsp minced garlic

2 tbsp coconut aminos or gluten-free tamari

¼ cup sliced green onions

Sriracha sauce (optional, for a spicy kick)


Instructions

Brown the beef: In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles.

 

Add aromatics: Stir in ginger and garlic; cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
