Ingredients

¼ cup liquid egg whites

¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt (+ extra for topping)

½ scoop vanilla protein powder

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp baking powder

1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Splash of vanilla extract

Cooking spray

Optional: sugar-free syrup


Instructions

 

In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.

 

Lightly spray a non-stick pan and heat over medium-low.
