Ingredients
For the Meatballs:
2 pounds ground turkey (or beef/pork)
1 egg
¾ cup shredded mozzarella
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
For the Casserole:
1 cup low-carb tomato sauce (no added sugar)
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
Fresh basil or parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, mix all meatball ingredients until well combined.
Roll into meatballs (about 1½ inches) and place in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
