Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (455 g)
1 cup diced onion (150 g)
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
4 cups beef broth (945 mL)
16 oz fusilli pasta (455 g)
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (300 g)
½ cup milk (120 mL)
Instructions
In a large pot or deep skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add onions, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are soft.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Mix well.
Pour in beef broth and pasta. Stir, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes until pasta is tender.
Stir in cheese and milk until smooth and creamy.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
