Ingredients
4 turkey tenderloins (about 1.5 lbs each)
2 tablespoons fresh thyme, minced (or ⅔ tsp dried)
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced (or ⅔ tsp dried)
2 tablespoons fresh sage, minced (or ⅔ tsp dried)
4 garlic cloves, minced (optional twist)
Zest of 1 lemon or orange (optional twist for brightness)
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
