Ingredients

Scale

4 turkey tenderloins (about 1.5 lbs each)

2 tablespoons fresh thyme, minced (or ⅔ tsp dried)

2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced (or ⅔ tsp dried)

2 tablespoons fresh sage, minced (or ⅔ tsp dried)

4 garlic cloves, minced (optional twist)

Zest of 1 lemon or orange (optional twist for brightness)

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil

Instructions
