Ingredients
Homemade BBQ Sauce:
1 cup low-sugar ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp raw honey
⅛ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ tsp cayenne (optional)
Pizza:
1 pre-made pizza crust
1 lb chicken breast
1 tsp olive oil
¼ cup red onion, diced
½ large ripe peach, thinly sliced
1.5 cups mozzarella cheese
Handful of fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
Make BBQ sauce: Simmer all sauce ingredients in a small pan over medium heat for 10 minutes until slightly thickened. Set aside to cool.
Cook chicken: Season and cook chicken breast in olive oil until done. Let rest, then shred or chop.
Assemble pizza: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread BBQ sauce on crust. Add chicken, red onion, peach slices, and cheese.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh cilantro, slice, and serve hot!
