Description
These burgers bring the perfect balance of fresh, herby pesto and juicy turkey with a salty burst of feta in every bite. I first made them during a summer BBQ, and they’ve been a warm-weather staple ever since. Lighter than beef but bursting with flavor, they’re a fresh take on a grill-night favorite.
Ingredients
1¼ lbs lean ground turkey
2 tbsp basil pesto
1 tsp minced garlic
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
1½ tsp seasoned salt
½ cup bread crumbs
½ tsp seasoned salt (for extra seasoning)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix ground turkey with pesto, garlic, feta, bread crumbs, and both portions of seasoned salt.
Form mixture into 4–5 burger patties.
Grill or cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Serve on buns with your favorite toppings—lettuce, tomato, or a little more pesto.
Notes
Herby, juicy, and packed with flavor—these burgers bring a Mediterranean twist to your grill!
