Ingredients

2 pasture-raised eggs, fried in ghee or olive oil

1/2 cup grass-fed ground beef, seasoned and cooked

1/2 avocado, sliced and topped with sea salt + red pepper flakes

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced


Instructions

Fry eggs sunny-side up or over-easy in your preferred healthy fat.

 

In a skillet, cook ground beef with a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic, or your favorite spice blend.

 

Slice avocado and strawberries.
