¼ cup flour (35g)

1 tsp baking powder

⅛ tsp salt

½ cup water

¼ cup egg whites (or more water)

¼ cup yogurt or applesauce

2 tbsp sweetener of choice

2 tsp oil (optional for crispy waffles)


Instructions
