Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease.
- Melt Butter and Marshmallows: In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt butter. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add Pumpkin and Flavorings: Stir in pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
- Mix in Cereal: Remove from heat and quickly fold in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Press into Pan: Transfer mixture to prepared pan. Press down gently with a greased spatula to form an even layer.
- Make the Chocolate Drizzle: Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave (20-second intervals) or over a double boiler until smooth.
- Drizzle and Set: Drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled treats. Let set at room temperature or in the fridge for 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
