Ingredients
8 cups white chocolate chips (48 oz by weight)
2 cups sweetened condensed milk (16 oz liquid)
5 tbsp 100% pumpkin puree
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cloves
Instructions
Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil; lightly grease.
In a heavy-bottom saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
Remove from heat and quickly stir in pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix until well combined and silky.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Let it cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
