Description

This dessert salad is the star of every summer picnic and Fourth of July celebration. With juicy berries, fluffy marshmallows, and a rich white chocolate base, it’s as colorful as it is irresistible. It’s easy to make, no-bake, and always a crowd-pleaser—perfect for celebrating with sweetness.

1 (3.4 oz) box white chocolate instant pudding mix

1 cup cold milk

1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip (thawed)

2 cups mini marshmallows

16 oz fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

2 cups fresh blueberries


Instructions

Make Pudding Base: In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until smooth and thickened.

 

Fold in Cool Whip: Gently fold in the whipped topping until combined and fluffy.

 

Add Mix-Ins: Stir in marshmallows, strawberries, and blueberries. Mix gently to avoid crushing the berries.

 

Chill & Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy cold!
