Ingredients
½ cup oats
¾ cup plant milk (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
½ tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
In a jar or bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
In the morning, stir well. Add a splash of milk if needed and top with extra peanut butter or chocolate chips if you’re feeling fancy.
