Ingredients
1 lb Italian sausage (sweet or hot)
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sausage links and cook for 7–8 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Remove and slice into ½-inch pieces.
Return sausage to the skillet along with sliced onion and bell pepper.
Cook for another 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until veggies are soft and sausage is fully cooked.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
