Ingredients
24 wonton wrappers
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup canned artichoke hearts, finely chopped
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt & pepper, to taste
Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
Press wonton wrappers into each muffin cup, gently folding corners to form a cup shape.
Spray or brush wrappers lightly with oil. Bake for 5–7 minutes until lightly golden.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, artichokes, cheeses, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Spoon filling into each pre-baked wonton cup.
Return to oven and bake 10–12 minutes until filling is bubbly and tops are golden.
Cool slightly before serving.
