1 tbsp chia seeds

2 packets natural no-calorie sweetener (like Truvia)

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ oz (about 1 tbsp) sliced almonds


Instructions

Mix It Up: In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla.

 

Top It Off: Layer with sliced strawberries and sprinkle with almonds.

 

Serve: Enjoy immediately, or let it sit for 10–15 minutes for a thicker, chia-pudding texture.
