Ingredients
6 large eggs, whisked
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon or ham, diced
2 slices bread, cubed
1/3 red bell pepper, diced
2 green onions, chopped
3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp minced garlic (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish.
Layer ingredients: Spread cubed bread on the bottom. Top with cooked bacon/ham, red bell pepper, green onions, and cheese.
