Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, Parmesan, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Transfer mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
Before serving, roll the cheese ball in toasted nuts until fully coated.
Place on a serving platter and garnish with extra parsley or thyme sprigs if desired.
Serve with crackers, pretzels, or sliced veggies.
