Ingredients
3 (5 oz) cans solid white tuna in water, drained
½ (10 oz) can sweet corn, drained
½ onion, finely chopped
1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
2 tbsp salsa
Juice of 1 lime
Hot sauce, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sour cream, for topping
8 tostada shells
Instructions
In a bowl, combine tuna, corn, onion, cilantro, salsa, lime juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spoon tuna mixture evenly onto tostada shells.
Top each with a dollop of sour cream.
Serve immediately while crisp.
