Ingredients
1 whole wheat English muffin
½ cup liquid egg whites
1 slice reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 slice turkey bacon
Cooking spray
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Spray a small skillet with cooking spray and cook turkey bacon until crispy. Set aside.
In the same skillet, pour egg whites, season, and cook over low heat until set. Fold into a patty shape.
Toast English muffin halves.
Assemble: place egg whites, turkey bacon, and cheese slice on the bottom half of the muffin. Top with the other half.
Optional: microwave for 15 seconds to melt the cheese.
