This isn’t your average pimento cheese—this amped-up, double-batch version is creamy, tangy, and layered with flavor. Perfect as a dip, sandwich spread, burger topper, or straight-up spoonful (we won’t judge). Freshly shredded cheese and a few flavor twists make it extra special.
Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese, softened
16 oz sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
2/3 cup diced pimento peppers, drained
6 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (for a subtle kick)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (adds depth)
Optional: 2–3 tbsp diced jalapeños for heat or chopped green onions for freshness
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayo until smooth.
Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cayenne, and Worcestershire.
Fold in shredded cheddar and pimentos.
Mix until fully combined (use a hand mixer for extra smooth texture or leave chunky for rustic feel).
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
